Deleting your MizikNet account

You can permanently delete your MizikNet account, and the data that comes with it, at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open MizikNet and tap your profile picture.
Tap Settings (the gear icon), then Close Account.
We'll email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you. Enter it and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Delete it by email

If you can't use the app, email contact@miziknet.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, photo, birthday and musical interests
Your posts, comments, likes and follows
Your notifications
Plans and courses you created
Your sign-in details

Messages you sent stay in the other people's conversations, without your name.

If you signed in with Facebook

Deleting your MizikNet account also deletes the information we received from Facebook: your name, email address and profile photo.
